Meditation To Release Old Emotional Pain With Someone Else
Again, we start by relaxing and taking nice long deep breaths. Try to hold the breaths to a count of four, both breathing in, and breathing out.
After 2-3 minutes of this breathing technique, just continue breathing normally and keep your eyes closed. Focus on a time in your life where you are holding a deep emotional pain involving someone else and your own being. A time you felt truly destroyed emotionally. Even though it might be difficult to relive that event, begin to see and feel it in your mind and heart, as though it was just happening for the first time. Relive the pain, anxiety, or discomfort, and realize that was real and you had every right to feel whatever you felt.
Now see this event being played out on a stage in a large auditorium. The only 2 people in this auditorium seating is yourself and other person involved. You are seated about 4 rows apart from each other in the middle. Imagine this difficult emotional scene still being played out on the stage over and over. Start trying to feel what the other person was feeling when this event took place originally. If you were the one who originated this painful event, ask the other person in the auditorium who is 4 rows away to sit closer to you. If the other person originated the pain, go ahead and sit one row behind them.
Look at the other person and tell them from the heart whatever you have to tell them to make you feel better. Also allow them to have their turn to express themselves too. You do not have to agree or disagree on anything except for 1 thing. You both agree that it is time to let go of this pain.
Next, see yourself walking up on stage from one side of the stage stairs and the other person walking up on stage from the opposite end. Both of you re-enter the scene being played out. Realize and accept the fact that this is an old scene, an old pattern, and it no longer serves any positive purpose in your life today. Next you look out into the audience and all you see is yourself and the other person walking out 2 different exit doors.. You know in your heart that these doors no longer need to be opened and the pain no longer needs to be revisited.
Finally see yourself back on stage all by yourself, happy, healthy, and in control of your life. You are ready to move forward without this pain. You look out into the empty seats in the audience and now all the seats are filled with a large audience standing and clapping their hands in your honor. You have the support of the universe in letting go and releasing this pain. Walk away from the stage, knowing you have also walked away from your emotional pain.
Note: take your time with this meditation, giving yourself and the other person the necessary time to speak and walk away.

Healing Meditation
We are constantly being bombarded with different levels of stress on a daily basis. We\are also existing at a time when fear is at it?s strongest level. These 2 combinations is forcing us to deal with many unwanted pressures which is affecting our emotional and physical bodies.
Perform the below meditation at least once a week to assist you in balancing your chakras (which are the main energy points in your body) as well as to assist you in releasing negative energies you collect throughout the day.
Find a comfortable spot in which you will not be interrupted for at least 30 minutes. Wear loose clothing and avoid eating a big meal before performing this meditative exercise.
Close your eyes and take 3 very long deep breaths, trying to hold your breath longer with each attempt. Allow the words that run through your mind and the pictures to simply run across your mental screen without analyzing or giving them any importance.
Focus your energy at the top of your head and imagine that your body is expanding and allowing for space to be created for new energy. Imagine a small opening at the top of your head and beautiful clear white water is being poured in. While this water is entering it will only fill the very top of your head. During this process try to connect with the highest level of love for yourself and your sense of spirituality.
Next allow the water to turn into an Indigo color and be lowered to the area between your eyebrows. Now focus on your ability to trust your intuition and open psychic energy. Hold each color for at least 2 minutes, next the water will turn blue and settle in your throat. Focus on your ability to speak freely with no fear or intimidation. We go and allow the water to turn green and settle in your heart. Bring into your heart all levels of love. Love of self, family, relationships, your angels, and your God. Next we turn the water yellow and allow it to settle in the middle of your stomach. Here you focus on your emotions and will power. Release any hurtful feeling you have gathered and rejoice in any positive experiences you had during the week.
Lower the color to the area around your sexual organs and turn it orange. Accept your sexuality and your ability to be creative. Finally let he water turn red and settle at the base of your spine. Focus here on your sense of being grounded, having a strong foundation, releasing fears of money or survival.
Finally imagine a giant waterfall running down your head, back, spine, and trickling refreshing water all the way to your feet. Hold this energy for at least 3 minutes.
Take a very long deep breath, give yourself a positive statement about yourself and open your eyes.
This meditation will assist you not only in balancing your chakras but also in cleansing your aura.

Many individuals have tried to meditate and have lost interest because of the inability to focus, concentrate, or lack of interest. Meditation can simply be looked upon as a way to forget the real world. Do not make it more difficult than it has to be. Simple find a quiet spot where you will not be bothered for 15 minutes. wear loose clothing, do not lay down cause the body will receive a message that it is time to sleep or nap. Either sitting in a comfortable spot, against the wall, or in a lotus position, close your eyes and focus on your breathing for 2-3 minutes, let your thoughts run through your mind and try not to interact with them. (Once you start talking to yourself, it can take forever to end the conversation!) Follow the meditation provided below, use your imagination, allow your inner-child to take over, and just relax. From the messages I have received from the Angelic Realm, the year 2005 is bringing in a strong focus on two issues, Acceptance,and Group Interaction. With that in mind the meditation below is designed to allow us to start the New Year on the right track.
Close your eyes, take a sequence of 3 long deep breaths, releasing tension with every breath you let out. Focus on the energy in your chest. Make sure the body is comfortable and ask for your Guardian Angel to surround and assist you. Imagine yourself being lifted upward into the sky, about 1 mile from the top of the location you are meditating. See the streets below and people walking about doing their business. Imagine a beautiful vibrant ray of light that comes down from up above and rests upon the top of your head. Now allow this ray of light to be released from your finger tips. You can use these rays as beams of light and go ahead and shine these rays of light to all the people you see walking about. Use your body and soul as a tool to send others a ray of loving and healing energy. Take your time and also send this light to all life forms such as animals and plants. When you feel you have covered your neighborhood go ahead and turn off this beam of light from your fingertips and release it back into the sky. Next, take a few minutes to focus on yourself.
See and review what you have done with your life and do not be critical. Instead, accept that you have done the best you could under the circumstances. Now review what areas of your life have been challenging, and think of 2 things you would love to change in this new year. It is important that you first accept yourself for who you are because critical and negative impressions of yourself will cause your changes to be slow. Just allow yourself to drop all negative self feelings, and give yourself permission to be a better person and to start a new path in life. Take 3-4 minutes and see yourself accomplishing the two changes you have selected. Really feel emotionally the sensation of making these 2 changes a reality and the positive rewards attached to them. Hold on to this sense of achievement and know this can truly happen in your real life. Take 3 very nice long deep breaths and with the last one say to yourself.
"And this is so!" You can repeat this meditation throughout the week or month, try to keep it between 5 and 15 minutes and each time really be more detailed in seeing yourself accomplish the 2 things you wish to change!
